This website was created upon realising that a gap exists in the Singapore market with regards to
1) laws and regulations in relation to Human Resources in Singapore
2) a concise and consolidated overview of HR updates in Singapore (there was either too much noise, and too many websites covering similar/same topics)
3) a lack of explanation as to WHAT and HOW HR is like as a function and department.
